Regarding support, I sent a ticket two days ago, and unusually, no response so far. Alex, always Alex, has responded within a few hours in the past. As an Arch Linux users, the app does not work, since it is a Debian-based package, but using Network Manager has not been a problem. Leak tests show that there are no DNS leaks, so I am please with that. The browser extension can be used as a fallback if app connections get slow and system-wide VPN is not necessary.
