Used to be decent, now apparently under new management have not had to work for nearly the last month. No reply to emails or on their IRC support channel. Basically, they have no customer service and no clue how to fix their issues. Avoid at all costs, this company will be dead by next year. Pissed off I still have a few months of subscription left - tried emailing their "support" team for a refund, no reply, like there was no reply to any of my emails about the issue. Avoid avoid avoid
Used for a decade but recently they appear to be under new management and the service is now awful. Not long ago VPN stopped working and was not fixed for a week, and the same issue has resurfaced again this week. Their support is now non-existent, emailed them used their IRC, and received no reply. This is a sinking ship don't waste your money here.
Been using their service for years. Frequent disconnects in Windows disappeared when I started using a proper VPN client. All the info you need to make it work is in their FAQ.
