I Did not receive any vpn, no refund helpline would not believe the bank statement showing that the money was withdrawn just asked the same questions over and over replying again and again we have no record of payment so please be aware refunds seem unlikely.
We support Vanessa's post. There is no support or positive desire to help the customers. The same questions were repeated again and again and no real solution. We are very disappointed. We wasted almost three days to write an email to no avail! Do not use TVWhenAway. John Smith
I couldn't get it working on Mac. Technical support was slow to reply and just kept sending the same link that is in the set up. Didn't come up with other solutions other than try on another device, which had it's own problems. And then no refund! Outrageous!
