I never had an issue, of any kind, with it, and I was quite amazed to read the article above. Lately, it is very difficult to get it properly run on iPhone and iPad, but this is more the result of this country where I live in restrictions than the vpn in itself. While in Hong Kong was still working fine, but as soon as I crossed the border troubles started. I will tweak that as soon as I will be out again. In the rest of the world, I never had issues. Final Verdict — Safe & Privacy-Friendly With a Nice Free Option There’s a ton to like about hide.me. It’s one of the best value VPNs you can get, with a cheap long-term plan and a free option that’s not bad for casual browsing. The paid app gives you a network full of features, great security, a proven privacy policy, and fast speeds on a lot of servers. It’s also excellent for streaming and torrenting. It does have a few minor drawbacks, though. I never got it to work well for gaming. I also hope it adds a smart DNS feature in the future, and some additional displays on the servers would be nice. Overall, I recommend hide.me if you want a safe, trustworthy VPN for a low price. However, a few top competitors offer more servers and better gaming performance.
