I considered a number of VPN's before going with Buffered which I find excellent.

No issues in any aspect, On the rare occasions that I required assistance (in the initial set up stage), the Help Desk was outstanding. Would highly recommend Buffered to anyone considering using a VPN

일본과 한국을 왕래하며 각 국의 서비스를 이용해야 할 일이 많은데 한국에 있을 땐 일본의 서비스를 이용할 수 없거나 반대로 일본이 있을 때는 한국의 서비스를 이용할 수 없어서 곤란했는데 앱 하나로 신속하게 VPN 연결이 가능하니 이렇게 편할 수가 없습니다. 최고입니다. 제발 저한테 12개월 연장 이용을 할 수 있게 해주시면 좋겠네요. 가난한 워홀러라서 꼭 좀 부탁합니다.

Scam scam scam.

I tried to create an account. Declined. Tried again. Declined. Checked my bank and my card was frozen from suspicious activity from their website, obviously I did do this, so unfroze it. Now I’m charged twice, and my account was never made so they are telling me I can’t get my money back. At this point they ask me for a screenshot of the charges... uh okay, with my bank info? So I screenshot and there’s FOUR charges, but “no way to get my money back” finally I get so angry she “finds a way” and so far only two have been reimbursed. Yeah, only sign up if your ready to be stolen from!! I understand how I was charged twice, but not four times. If they insist you have to have an account to bring up that info I should have never been charged in the first place!

Not all it's cracked up to be

Instructions are difficult for the layperson to find let alone understand. Purchased this service with a router from flashedrouters. Any company that fills the internet with reviews about how easy it is to use and its great customer service yet only offers 'chat or email' customer service during a mere 5 hours per day only 5 days a week vs. offering SALES support 24/7 is more hype than substance. I spent almost $700 between a year of service and a pre-flashed router that works with their service. I did a lot of online research which has lead me to one conclusion... It is not that difficult to BUY a false online reputation. I am a real user and will be interested to see if vpnMentor actually publishes this review. I can show receipts for my purchases, I wonder how many of these 5-star reviews can do the same.
